What Types of Projects Can I Discuss During a Virtual Consultation?

I have 15 years of experience evaluating residential properties within the City of San Diego's jurisdiction (including La Jolla and Imperial Beach). I am happy to discuss new homes or additions/remodels of existing homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), junior accessory dwelling units (JADUs), or guest quarters. '

Can You Help Me Understand Zoning or Code Requirements for my Property?

Absolutely. You should know exactly what you can build and where you can build it. I can help determine what zone a property is in and then we can explore the options permitted by that zone. Additionally, the City of San Diego has dozens of overlay zones which modify the base zone regulations. We can review all of this information during our meeting.
