The design of this Pre-Approved ADU is based on a project our architecture studio recently completed called “The Prince House”. It’s a perfect case study that shows how you can achieve a high-end modern ADU design for a reasonable cost in Southern Califronia.
With our Pre-Approved ADU plans (designed to fit small lots as narrow as 25' wide), much of the design and permitting work is already completed, so there is less chance for delay or unexpected costs down the road. And because this plan has already received prior approval from the City of San Diego, you can be confident that your ADU will meet all city requirements, as well as in surrounding localities.

The Everett ADUs is an awesome showcase of how multiple ADUs can be fit on one lot with smart planning. By adding two ADUs behind the main house, our client is able to generate rental income from three units.
