This project added 9 rental units to the Golden Hills neighborhood in San Diego. All but one unit are 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom with in-unit laundry facilities + private exterior space. 1/3rd of these units will be rented at affordable rates. The project also includes off-street parking with EV chargers, solar panels to offset utilities, storage facilities for tenants, and modern landscaping.
