Fairway Residence

The Fairway Residence is a single-family home w/ a detached ADU in La Jolla, California. The project is custom designed for one of our favorite clients. The primary home features 5 bedrooms (including a guest suite), 4.5 bathrooms, an office, a gym, a den, a wine cellar, landscaped entry foyer, + elevator. There is an underground garage for 4 cars. The site features a pool w/ a baja bench, a hot tub, basketball court, + 3 large balconies.

The ADU is designed w/ a large bedroom suite, a street-facing balcony, + a separate room dedicated for the owner's large dogs.

This project is currently in review for a Coastal Development Permit, a type of discretionary permit required for projects near the Pacific coast. These types of permits can take over a year to complete.
