This project was a penthouse condo renovation in the style of minimalist - our favorite! Minimalist architecture is the extreme reduction of ornament, simplifying every detail. The clients had an incredible art + furniture collection.
The aesthetic concept was to drop out the minimalist interiors to feature the client’s collection in the foreground. The project features an unusually high-end kitchen imported from Italy. It includes louvered aluminum cabinets which cost nearly a quarter-million dollars. The exterior patio is around 3,500sf on the 22nd floor of the Renaissance building downtown (larger than most custom homes we work on). We have designed a minimalist aluminum shade structure to be installed in a 2nd construction phase.
We love working with clients that appreciate great design + modern architecture. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
