Ticonderoga ADU

We are thrilled to announce the progress of our latest project, the Ticonderoga ADU. A unique feature of it is that if features both an ADU and JADU on the same property lot.

This adds the opportunity for more flexibility + functionality while also increasing the potential rental income. The structure is located on a sloped site and features a unique design approach that sets it apart from other ADUs.

The design features a sunken structure to provide privacy and preserve the views from the existing dwelling unit at street level. The architecture is equally impressive, with a curvilinear roof facia that perfectly complements the deck-level pool and hot tub.
